Deleting your Stillpoint account
You can permanently delete your Stillpoint account at any time. This page explains how it works and what happens to your content. Nothing is deleted from this page.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Stillpoint on the web or in the app.
- Open Settings and go to the Account section.
- Choose “Delete my account”, read the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your journal entries
- Your devotional reflections
- Your highlights and bookmarks
- Your personal images and backgrounds
- Your Stillpoint preferences and settings
- Your Stillpoint account and access associations
Anonymised billing and audit records may be retained where we are required to keep them. They no longer identify you.
Subscriptions and billing
Stillpoint subscriptions are purchased and billed through HIW. Deleting your Stillpoint account does not cancel your HIW subscription and does not stop future billing. Cancellation is handled separately on the HIW subscription page.

If you can no longer access your account, contact HIW using the link below and ask for your Stillpoint account to be deleted. Please write from the email address linked to the account so we can verify the request.
